Return Policy for OML Fashion

At OML Fashion, we value your satisfaction and are committed to offering high quality sustainable footwear and bags. Our return policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and ensures a transparent and fair process for both our customers and our company.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without the need to provide a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the courier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in advance by email at info@omlfashion.eu clearly stating your intention to return the product.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items will only be accepted if they meet all of the following conditions. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and suitable for resale. All original tags and labels must be attached. The original packaging and original product box are mandatory. Returns without the original box or with damaged, replaced, or non original packaging will not be accepted. The condition of the product and its original box will be verified upon receipt. Footwear may only be tried on indoors and must show no signs of wear or use.

Custom made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective.

Return Procedure

Do not send any return without prior authorization. Before returning any item, you must first contact us by email at info@omlfashion.eu or omlfashioneu@gmail.com including your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the official return address and detailed return instructions.

The product must be shipped back within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. Returns sent without prior email confirmation or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OML Fashion is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the product or original packaging shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@omlfashion.eu or omlfashioneu@gmail.com. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned. Custom made or personalized products unless defective. Used, worn, or damaged items. Products returned without original packaging or original box.
