1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This applies to all products, including our sustainable footwear and bags.

The 14-day period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the courier), receives the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Footwear should be tried on indoors only and should not show signs of wear.

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to deduct any loss of value if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
